Privacy Policy
How we handle information.
Last updated September 19, 2026
Information You Choose to Provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, service interest, preferred contact method, timeline, message, and the general planning details you choose to attach. When you submit a review, we may collect your display name, email address, rating, review text, and publication consent. Website-design clients may also submit project feedback through a private link and matching client email. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, medical records, payment details, tax returns, identity documents, or other sensitive information through these forms.
Browser-Local Planning
Saved inquiry drafts, decision worksheets, website-studio entries, reading preferences, decision-room information, and Community Hub items are stored in your browser on the device you use. Community Hub items can include recent-resource history, saved agendas, general policy labels, policy types and review months, continuity-checklist selections, and topic preferences. They are not sent to Eastbridge unless you submit a form and explicitly choose to attach or include information. You can remove local entries through the related website controls or your browser storage settings. If you create a decision-room snapshot link, the room information is encoded inside that link; anyone who receives the link can read that snapshot, so do not include sensitive information.
Request Status and Project Review
The request-status page checks the reference and matching email you enter. A website-project workspace uses a private link and matching client email; Eastbridge stores a one-way representation of the private link rather than the link itself. Project feedback is stored with the related workspace. Treat private links as confidential and contact Eastbridge if one should be replaced.
Basic Website Measurement
We count general page visits and actions such as opening a service, planning tool, contact path, inquiry, or answering whether a page was useful. These first-party counts do not use advertising cookies and do not include form contents, names, email addresses, or telephone numbers. Short-lived technical controls may process a one-way connection identifier to limit automated event traffic. Whenever a new measurement event is recorded, the site also removes measurement records older than 180 days and expired technical-control records.
How Information Is Used
We use inquiry and project information to respond, organize follow-up, maintain business records, improve the website, and protect the site from misuse. Review submissions are used for moderation and, when approved with consent, public display without the reviewer's email address. We do not use the inquiry form as a mortgage, insurance, or loan application.
Service Providers and Professional Referrals
We may use hosting, security, communications, and data-storage providers to operate the website. If you ask for an introduction to an independent professional, we may share relevant contact information with your permission. That professional's own privacy practices apply to information you give them.
Retention and Security
We retain inquiry and review information only as reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, moderation, and recordkeeping purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You may ask to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention needs. You may also ask that an approved review be removed. Send us a request.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy as the website or business changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
